The Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI) was among the distinguished government agencies recognized during Taguig City's 438th Founding Anniversary Night and Gawad Probinsyudad 2025 Awarding Ceremony held on April 30 at the Convention Center of the New Taguig City Hall.

Celebrating over four centuries of rich history and dynamic growth, this year’s anniversary was made even more meaningful with the presentation of the Gawad Probinsyudad which is a prestigious award that honors government partners who have significantly contributed to the city’s continued progress and public service excellence.
